<p>Acum 2-3 saptamani prietena noastra, <a href="http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=689748685" target="_blank">Simona</a>, a executat o prajitura delicioasa. Am planuit acum cateva zile ca vineri sa mearga Mada pe la ea si sa execute din nou prajiturica. A iesit o minunatie de prajitura, denumita <strong>Prajitura Krantz</strong> de catre Simona, datorita nucilor pralinate care sunt crocante. Daca nu ar dura atat de mult pana o faci va jur ca n-ar avea nici un cusur :)</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 linguri faina</li>
<li>9 oua</li>
<li>300 g unt</li>
<li>400 g nuci (sau alune, fistic, migdale)</li>
<li>3 plicuri cu zahar vanilat</li>
<li>500 g zahar</li>
<li>50 ml ulei (pentru uns tava)</li>
<li>sare</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p><strong><i>1. Foile</i></strong></p>
<p>Se prepara 3 foi. Pentru o foaie se pun: 3 albusuri batute cu un praf de sare pana se intareste un pic compozitia, apoi se adauga o lingura rasa cu faina, 100 g de zahar in ploaie si 100 g de nuci macinate.</p>
<p>Se ia o tava si se unge cu ulei, peste care se pune hartie de copt (care la randul ei a fost unsa foarte bine cu ulei) si se pune compozitia. Se pune tava in cuptorul preincalzit, la foc mic, timp de 15-20 de minute pana ce foaia capata o tenta aurie. Se scoate foaia si se lasa la racit <strong>fara a fi dezlipita de pe hartie</strong>.</p>
<p>Se repeta aceeasi procedura de inca 2 ori pentru celelalte 2 foi.</p>
<p><strong><em>2. Nucile (sau alune, fistic, migdale) pralinate</em></strong></p>
<p>Se ia o tigaie si se pralineaza 100 g de nuci cu 50-75 g de zahar. Se iau de pe foc si se lasa la racit, dupa care se macina.</p>
<p><strong><em>3. Crema</em></strong></p>
<p>Se amesteca cele 9 galbenusuri cu 150 g de zahar, 3 plicuri de zahar vanilat si se amesteca pana ce se incorporeaza tot zaharul. Apoi se pune recipientul la bain-marie (baie cu aburi) si se amesteca circa 20 de minute pana capata o consistenta cremoasa (vezi poza). Apoi se lasa la racit pana ajunge la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Cand s-a racit se pun cele 300 g de unt si se incorporeaza cu mixerul pana ce nu mai sunt cocoloase.</p>
<p>Crema se pune intre si peste foi, apoi se adauga nucile pralinate. Se lasa 1-2 ore pana ce foile se inmoaie de la crema si abia apoi se serveste.</p>
<p>PS -> Simona, acum 15 minute pe Y Mess: &#8220;Vreau sa multumesc familiei care m-a sprijinit, prietenilor &#8230; aaa, stai ca nu e Oscar&#8221; =))</p>

<p>In familia Mielus este una dintre retetele &#8220;clasice&#8221; ale perioadei sarbatorilor de iarna. Acum a preparat-o Alex (pentru prima data in viata :D ) si v-o impartasim si voua cu aceasta ocazie.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8 oua</li>
<li>200-250 g de zahar (in functie de cat de multa zeama vreti sa fie)</li>
<li>1 litru de lapte</li>
<li>1 zahar vanilat</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Se topeste zaharul in cratita in care vom prepara crema de zahar ars si peretii ei se tapeaza cu zaharul topit, astfel incat zaharul sa acopere uniform peretii cratitei. Se lasa apoi cratita sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Se pune laptele la incalzit la foc mic. Se bat ouale spuma impreuna cu zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Se pune la incalzit cuptorul. Cand a fiert laptele, se iau ouale batute spuma si se amesteca cu laptele cald. Se pune amestecul creat astfel peste zaharul topit in cratita.</p>
<p>Se pune cratita in care preparam crema de zahar ars la bain-marie, adica baie de aburi (se ia cratita cu zaharul topit si cu amestecul si se pune intr-o alta cratita mai mare, care sa o cuprinda, in care se pune apa). Se pun cele doua cratite in cuptor.</p>
<p>Se da la cuptor foc mediu timp de 30–40 de minute. Se tin in cuptor pana atunci cand compozitia incepe sa prinda o culoare maronie. De asemenea se poate incerca daca s-a facut scotand cratitele din cuptor si apasand usor deasupra compozitie. Cand e relativ tare inseamna ca este gata.</p>
<p>Se scoate de la cuptor si se lasa apoi la racit. Se serveste rece de la frigider.</p>
<p>PS: Crema de zahar ars se poate orna si cu frisca, dupa preferinta.</p>

<p>Ieri am vrut ceva bun, deci am cautat cu Mada ceva ce n-am mai mancat sau preparat pana acum.</p>
<p>Si asa am dat de blogul lui Violette unde am gasit <a href="http://adellaida.blogspot.com/2009/01/budinca-de-gris-cu-mere.html" target="_blank">budinca de gris cu mere</a>. Multumim pentru reteta! Este delicioasa budinca!</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>150 g gris</li>
<li>2 oua</li>
<li>1 budinca Dr. Oetker</li>
<li>100-200 gr zahar (in functie de cat de dulce va place)</li>
<li>1 litru lapte</li>
<li>2-4 mere</li>
<li>1 zahar vanilinat</li>
<li>nucsoara sau coaja rasa de la o portocala</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Se pun 500 ml de lapte la fiert impreuna cu zaharul vanilinat si coaja de portocala/nucsoara. Cand incepe sa fiarba se lasa la foc mic si se pune grisul in ploaie. Se amesteca continuu pana incepe sa se ingroase, dar nu prea tare. Se lasa la rece aproximativ 10 min.</p>
<p>Budinca Dr. Oetker se prepara conform instructiunilor de pe pachet: continutul pachetului se amesteca cu 500 ml de lapte. Se adauga 2 galbenusuri, iar compozitia obtinuta se amesteca cu grisul. Albusurile se bat spuma impreuna cu 100 gr zahar (daca se doreste a fi foarte dulce). Apoi se adauga peste gris, deci iese in final un &#8220;terci&#8221; un pic de tot mai moale :))</p>
<p>In oala se pun 100 gr zahar la topit. Dupa ce zaharul s-a topit, se lasa putin la racit, se aseaza felii de mere, iar peste ele se toarna &#8220;terciul&#8221; obtinut anterior. Se lasa la cuptor la foc mic pentru 45 de minute.</p>
<p>Budinca astfel obtinuta se scoate DUPA ce s-a racit complet (pentru a se intari un pic), intorcand oala cu susul in jos. Se poate orna cu frisca ;)</p>

<p>Aceasta reteta a fost creata dintr-o intamplare :) Conul &#8220;vulcanului&#8221; s-a format datorita presiunii formate in interiorul vasului in care era asezata coca pentru blat. Vazand cum a crescut am decis sa-l ornam in asa fel incat sa para un vulcan. Iata ce a iesit &#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<p><strong><em>Blatul</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8 oua</li>
<li>1 cana* cu lapte</li>
<li>3/4 cana* cu ulei</li>
<li>2 cani* cu zahar</li>
<li>2 plicuri cu praf de copt</li>
<li>2 plicuri cu zahar vanilat</li>
<li>sare</li>
<li>3 1/2 &#8211; 4 cani* de faina</li>
</ul>
<p>* cana este una normala, pentru apa (nu este cescuta pentru cafea!)</p>
<p><strong><em>Crema</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 pachet de &#8220;Crema pentru prajituri&#8221; de la Dr. &Ouml;etker</li>
<li>1 pachet de &#8220;Frisca&#8221; de la Dr. &Ouml;etker</li>
<li>100-150 g de dulceata curgatoare</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><em>Siropul</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>zeama de la 1/2 portocala</li>
<li>zeama de la 1/2 lamaie</li>
<li>200 ml apa</li>
<li>100 g zahar</li>
<li>50-100 g dulceata foarte subtire si curgatoare</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Blatul se prepara exact ca si <a href="http://www.retetelebunicii.ro/chec-flory/">checul Flory</a>, numai ca de aceasta data se foloseste o oala de 4 litri pentru mancare.</p>
<p>Se prepara siropul din ingredientele specificate mai sus si apoi se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Cand blatul s-a racit se sectioneaza (in 3 sau 4) lasand separat conul &#8220;vulcanului&#8221;, dupa care se insiropeaza.</p>
<p>In functie de preferinte puteti pune ca si umplutura pe feliile taiate: ananas, portocale, mandarine, zmeura, mure, afine, diverse creme de la Dr. &Ouml;etker, budinca etc.</p>
<p>Dupa ce toate cele 4 sectiuni au fost ornate si puse una peste cealalta, se pune deasupra conul &#8220;vulcanului&#8221;. Se orneaza cu frisca lasand conul &#8220;vulcanului&#8221; fara ornament.</p>
<p>La final pe conul &#8220;vulcanului&#8221; se pun 5-6 fasii de &#8220;lava&#8221; din dulceata aproape lichida (pentru a putea lasa impresia de curgere).</p>

<p>Reteta aceasta o are mama de la o vecina de bloc, tanti Nutzi :D , care la randul ei o are de la fata dansei, Flory (!). Multumim!</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>8 oua</li>
<li>1 cana* cu lapte</li>
<li>3/4 cana* cu ulei</li>
<li>2 cani* cu zahar</li>
<li>2 plicuri cu praf de copt</li>
<li>2 plicuri cu zahar vanilat</li>
<li>sare</li>
<li>esenta de rom si de vanilie</li>
<li>3 1/2 &#8211; 4 cani* de faina</li>
<li>50g cacao</li>
<li>(optional: 50g stafide)</li>
</ul>
<p>* cana o puteti vedea in imaginile de mai sus pentru a va putea da seama de cantitate</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Se separa albusurile de galbenusuri. Se bat albusurile spuma cu putina sare + esenta de rom, iar cand incepe sa se intareasca se adauga zaharul si se bat in continuare.</p>
<p>Se adauga galbenusurile (pastrate cu sare pana se bat albusurile), praful de copt (stins in prealabil in lapte), uleiul si mirodeniile. Apoi se adauga treptat faina.</p>
<p>Se pune 1/2 din compozitie in tavi / tava (depinde de marimea acesteia), iar in cealalta jumatate se pune cacao, se amesteca si se toarna peste prima jumatate. Optional se pot pune stafide intre cele 2 compozitii sau deasupra lor.</p>
