<p>Cu scuzele de rigoare pentru ca nu avem poze cu preparatul final, iata reteta pentru drob.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1/2 kg carne tocata (amestec vita, porc, miel)</li>
<li>2 pungi ficat de pasare (~ 1 kg)</li>
<li>1 punga pipote si inimi (~ 1 kg)</li>
<li>2 legaturi ceapa verde</li>
<li>2 legaturi usturoi verde</li>
<li>2 legaturi patrunjel</li>
<li>1 legatura marar</li>
<li>6 oua</li>
<li>sare</li>
<li>piper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Se curata pipotele si inimile si se pun la fiert. Intr-o alta oala se pune ficatul la fiert.</p>
<p>Dupa ce au fiert se lasa un timp sa se raceasca apoi se toaca marunt sau se dau prin masina de tocat impreuna cu ceapa, usturoiul, patrunjelul si mararul si se amesteca cu carnea tocata.</p>
<p>Se pun la fiert 4 oua, intre timp se amesteca toate ingredientele cu 2 oua, sare si piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Se ia o tava de chec, se pune hartie de copt si te pune cam jumatate din amestec, adaugati ouale fierte (intregi) si deasupra restul de amestec. Puneti tava in cuptor pana cand drobul se rumeneste.</p>
