<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>

<li>1/2 kg carne tocata (amestec porc + vita)</li>
<li>1/2 legatura patrunjel verde</li>
<li>1 lingura de pasta de rosii</li>
<li>2-3 cartofi</li>
<li>2 morcovi</li>
<li>sare, piper &#8211; dupa gust</li>
<li>1 lingurita delicat</li>
<li>1 radacina de telina</li>
<li>1 radacina de patrunjel</li>
<li>1/2 ceasca de orez</li>
<li>1 ceapa</li>
<li>1 ou</li>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p>Se curata ceapa, morcovii, radacina de patrunjel, cartofii si telina. Se taie cartofii in cubulete, iar 1 morcov, telina si radacina de patrunjel se dau prin razatoarea mare.</p>
<p>Apoi se amesteca morcovii, carnea tocata, orezul si oul, adaugandu-se sare si piper. Din amestecul astfel obtinut se fac perisoarele care, inainte de a fi puse in cratita, se tavalesc prin faina.</p>
<p>Cartofii taiati in cubulete, morcovul ramas, telina si radacina de patrunjel se pun la fiert in apa rece cu sare. In timp ce acest amestec fierbe se pun perisoarele, ajutandu-va de o lingura de lemn. Apoi se lasa la fiert pana ce carnea din perisoare + orezul s-au fiert.</p>
<p>Dupa fierberea perisoarelor se adauga sare, delicat, pasta de rosii, patrunjelul verde si (eventual) piper. Dupa inca 5 minute de fierbere ciorba de perisoare e gata :D</p>
