<li>4 carnaciori oltenesti</li>
<li>1 ceapa</li>
<li>1/2 lingurita chili pepper</li>
<li>1/2 lingurita oregano</li>
<li>1/2 lingurita cimbru</li>
<li>1 lingurita delicat</li>
<li>1/2 lingurita boia dulce</li>
<li>2 foi de dafin</li>
<li>2 linguri ulei</li>
<li>375 ml apa</li>
<li>sare si piper</li>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p><em>Sosul</em></p>
<p>Se caleste pret de 1 minut ceapa. Apoi se taie carnaciorii feliute, se pun peste ceapa si se lasa pana se rumenesc. Dupa aceea se adauga condimentele si apa.<br />
Se amesteca si se lasa sa fiarba pana ce scade apa si sosul are consistenta dorita. Se amesteca din cand in cand, pentru a nu se prinde compozitia de tigaie.</p>
<p><em>Spaghetele</em></p>
<p>Intr-o oala se pune apa la fiert in care se presara 1 lingurita de sare. Se lasa sa dea in clocot dupa care se pun spaghetele (intregi sau rupte, fiecare dupa cum prefera). Cand au fiert se strecoara si se trec prin apa rece pentru a se dezlipi.</p>
